Almost 16,000 children between the ages of birth and 19 years old are diagnosed with cancer each year in the U.S. When diagnosed in the early stages, many childhood cancers have much higher survival rates. Dr. Haydar Frangoul and Dr. Jennifer Domm joined us to explain TriStar Centennial’s new pediatric hematology/oncology unit and how it will positively impact patient diagnosis and recovery.
